The house turned out beyond our wildest dreams providing luxurious and entertaining comfort with a rustic feel to the many family and friends who have enjoyed its use. More importantly, Craig exceeded our expectations and has shown himself faithful as a steward (one who takes care of another's property as if it were his own) of our investment property. As Dallas residents, this has been the huge “X” factor in our relationship (both during and after the building process). We set out to build a house, and we wound up with a house and a friend. Craig will always be welcome in our home as an honorary member of our family.”
