• 3/4" (Advantec) T&G sub floor is glued and screwed down.
• All exterior trim is back primed prior to installation.
• Insulated walls at baths and laundries are standard.
• Interior, exterior doors and windows are shimmed to ensure straight jambs.
• Interior door frames are made of solid material affording the use of unlimited custom millwork.
• Interior and exterior moldings are glued to minimize movement.
• All exterior moldings are of knot free material.
• Cast iron plumbing drops for drain lines are standard to eliminate the "flush" sound.
• Subcontractors are held to a strict weekly clean-up policy.
